There's an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally), a bar and restaurant and al fresco terrace dining. There's also a Spa with treatment rooms and an extensive treatment menu.

You'll find a flatscreen TV, wi-fi , lifestyle magazines and bottled water. and electronic safes. Cosseting bathrooms come with a bath or walk-in shower (or both, together with robes, slippers and plenty of organic toiletries. Some of the Premier rooms have (modern) four poster beds.

Luxury rooms offer most space and come with garden views. Our most favourite romantic rooms include, Luxury rooms 107 & 109, and Premier rooms 115 & 116.

Eat & Drink

Dining in
Look forward to cooking with flair at Bella Luce’s Garden restaurant, overlooking a leafy courtyard garden. French windows open onto a sunny terrace tailor made for summertime al fresco dinners, while a crackling fire blazes in winter. Dishes are complemented by an extensive cellar, and the resident sommelier will be pleased to arrange wine tastings.

Menus feature plenty of fresh-landed seafood and local beef. Try the local bouillabaisse or beef carpaccio with truffle horseradish.

Bella Luce is also renowned for its afternoon cream teas, so don’t miss the chance of scones and finger sandwiches on the terrace. Light lunches are served, and staff will be pleased to rustle up a picnic if you're planning a day on the beach.

Activities
Guernsey is a great place to get wet – the surf’s hard to beat and the island has its own surf school. Vazon and Portinfer are the best places to hit the breakers. Bella Luce staff will also be pleased to arrange a yacht or boat charter to explore the island’s shores, or to arrange a trip on the Island Rib, skimming at speed over the waters in an inflatable.

Dry land activities include walking – the island has spectacular cliff-top paths – golfing on one of three courses or getting the wind in your hair on a cycle. There’s also plenty of tax free shopping in St Peter Port.

Spa
The Bella Spa is just the place to unwind, restore and reinvigorate. Resident therapists are on hand with a varied treatment menu, and half or full day spa programmes are available. Yoga and Pilates sessions can be easily arranged. There are plenty of treatments for the guys, too – whether facials or back rubs.
