Good to know
Don't expect high-end luxe – bedrooms are compact and bathrooms frill-free. The vibe is fun and friendly.

Special features
Take your pick from wild and whacky around-the-world bedroom themes. Compact doubles (Marrakech, Indian Summer, Oriental) are strictly about fun rather than frills. Jazzy Luxury doubles (Elvis, Moroccan, Geisha, Hove) offer more space and style, while Superior suites (Renaissance, Little Venice, Opulence and Indulgence) are a little more upscale. All come with a flatscreen TV and DVD player, shower room and wi-fi. Suites (see below) are the most indulgent option.

Pillow Talk
Elvis gets our vote as the iconic funky Brighton bedroom. We also liked the penthouse suites (Manhattan. New York) with their whirlpool jet baths, and loved the Eden Suite  with its outdoor garden and hot tub for two.

Dining In
Brighton is a place to dine out, and the Sea Spray team will be happy to recommend some cool  bars and restaurants.

Breakfast
Award-winning breakfasts are served in the sunny breakfast room until 10.30am. Fill up on butcher sausages, free range eggs (with home made hollandaise sauce if you fancy Eggs Benedict) and vegan/veggie bangers.

You're just minutes away from Brighton's many attractions here – whether the famous pier, the beaches or the Sea Life centre – one of the oldest in Britain. The city's famous boutique-packed Lanes are just a five stroll away  as is the Royal Pavilion, the jewel in Brighton's crown.

Spa
You can pre-book a massage or infra-red sauna in Sea Spray's treatment room. Guests staying in the larger suites can opt for a side-by-side couples massage in their quarters – whether aromatherapy, deep tissue or Swedish.
