Chef Tolo Trias has created an imaginative menu of Mediterranean classics in Simply Fosh, Convent de la Missio's clean-lined restaurant, opening out onto a patio. Expect the unexpected with dishes like ostrich loin steak marinated in ginger and orange with green asparagus noodles, or the wonderful zucchini blossom sesame tempura stuffed with soft cheese, arugula and jamon iberico.

See & Do
The narrow, cobbled streets of Palma's old town beg to be explored and boast plenty of museums, tapas bars and places of interest. The Museo de Arte Espanol Contemporaneo has among its collections plenty of works by Picasso to mull over. There's an impressive gothic cathedral, soaring high above the cruise ships docked in the harbour. Take a stroll along Passeig des Born, doing some shopping, and sitting outside a café, or check out great views over the city from Castell de Bellver.
