Eat & Drink
Dining in
Do book a table at the stylishly atmospheric Neri restaurant, with its crushed velvet chairs and oyster-grey walls, where the emphasis is on modish Catalan cuisine under the steer of head chef Ferran Adria. Overlooking the square, with its original stone arches, it's a place to enjoy aromatic Mediterranean cuisine with Arab influences. You can opt for a tasting or traditional style menu.
Breakfast
Continental breakfast is served at your table until 11am. It's beautifully presented, with everything from exotic fruit to cheeses and Iberian hams, yoghurt and freshly baked bread and croissants.
Room service
Available 24 hours a day.
See & Do
See & Do
Fabulous churches and museums are all part of Barcelona’s cultural fizz. Gaudi’s great unfinished masterwork Sagrada Familia, the extraordinary Casa Batllo house and the weird stone structures of Guell park are unmissable.
You’ll want to wander along the world-famous promenade Las Ramblas, as well as exploring the winding streets and corners of the Gothic quarter. You can rent an electric Ecobike at Neri Hotel to get around the city.
If the seaside beckons, head for the city’s own beach at Barceloneta or take the train to the seaside town of Sitges, less than an hour away by train. You’ll find plenty of seafood bars and restaurants there for an alfresco lunch.

August
Turn up if you dare for the Tomatina – a huge, squishy outdoor tomato fight. Not the place for your new designer gear.
