Special features
All rooms are king-bedded and come with plasma TV/VD players and wi-f, bathrobes and designer toiletries. Concept rooms – all individually and extravagantly designed – are a visual treat, while the Deluxe rooms are inviting and plush.
Pillow Talk
Bliss out in one of the exotically themed Concept rooms – they're made for a lovefest. Sala Noir is rich, dark and voluptuous, while the Doge room is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling red velvet and has a jacuzzi bath. We also loved Sala Orientale – all cinnamon and gold – and the lighter Sala del Camino.

See & Do
You're literally steps from the church of Santa Maria della Salute, whose fabulous domes dominate the Ventian skyline. A vaporetto takes you across the lagoon to Venice's heartland (stay on board for a full-circle tour of the Grand Canal), where Piazza San Marco and its amazing basilica are steps away.
You're also well placed for arty trips to the Accademia and the Guggenheim, and the hotel can organise private guided tours of Venice to suit your interests. Head out for the islands in the lagoon if you have time, and be sure to wander around the old Jewish quarter of Giudecca.
Diary Dates
July
Flotillas of colourfully decorated boats travel around the canals for the Festa del Redentore. Fireworks and a regatta add to the fun.

A complimentary bottle of Prosecco in your room.
