Dining in
Two adjoining intimate dining rooms are candlelit at night. Tables are dressed in crisp linens and crystal, and menus feature a mix of Irish and international dishes. Mains range from Atlantic-caught fish to Irish beef, and the Irish cheeses to follow could well divert your eyes from the more-ish mousse of pear with Bailey's cream sauce. Other favourites include duck with blackcurrant sauce, avocado and shrimp salad and scrummy Black Forest gateau. Cosy up later around the lounge's peat fire for a post-dinner chaser.
