Eat & Drink
Dining in
You're spoilt for choice here, with three excellent eateries on your doorstep. There's the chic Est restaurant on the first floor, complete with Sydney's biggest wine rack, a slick modern Australian menu and decor to match. Chef Peter Doyle's specialities include freshly shucked oysters with migonette sauce, and Moreton Bay bug on ocean trout boudin, black fungi and snow peas, with a flash of ginger and lime.
Tucked at the back of the Hemmesphere cocktail bar is Sushi e – arguably Sydney's best sushi restaurant. Sit around a sunken bar and tuck into sashimi, tempura and teriyaki, and book ahead. Thai fish cakes, stir fries and noodles are the tasty fare served up in the downstairs Garden Bar.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the Garden Bar until 11am.
Room service
Available from 11am to 11pm.
