Redeeming your Hotel Gift Voucher
Room for Romance Hotel Gift Cards must be redeemed through the Room for Romance office by calling 01225 428888 or by purchasing online. Hotel gift cards cannot be redeemed directly with individual hotels. The full balance of your stay (if applicable) is payable when making your booking.

Room For Romance Gift Vouchers Terms and conditions
- Room for Romance Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and are non refundable.
- They are despatched within 24 hours of purchase by first class post or airmail.
- Gift cards can ONLY be redeemed through the Room for Romance booking line on 01225 428888 and cannot be redeemed directly with individual hotels.
- They are valid for any accommodation or special packages shown on the Room for Romance website, at the prices shown. No cash alternative is possible.
- When redeeming a Gift Card, the full balance of your stay (if applicable) needs to be pre-paid by card at time of booking.
- Should your voucher booking not cover the full value of your Gift Card, any surplus funds will be kept in your account until the expiry date for you to use another time.
- Gift cards are redeemable against accommodation bookable on the Room for Romance website. They cannot be used for general expenditure on food, drink and other extras at hotels.
- Due to the additional time taken in processing Gift Card bookings, any cancellation or changes to your booking will incur a £25 admin charge from Room for Romance.
- All bookings are subject to the individual hotel’s cancellation and payment policy.
