BLUE MOUNTAINS RHAPSODY
Blissful high life in the Blue Mountains
THE NAME SAYS IT ALL – and there is only one way to feel at Blue Mountains Rhapsody. The comforts here are second-to-none – just like the
jaw-dropping views from this cliff-top retreat.
Impeccably finished with contemporary furniture and contrasting hand-picked antiques, Rhapsody is soft, inviting and interesting. It has been designed with picture windows,
French doors and decking to maximise the views from sunrise to sunset. Have breakfast in the clouds, brunch as the mist lifts dramatically from the tree-tops, cocktails in the glory of a sunset and a glass of port in the moonlight with the midnight blue mountain backdrop.
There’s beautiful bedding, luxurious cotton towels and linen, aromatherapy toiletries,
a spa tub and open fireplace, volleyball court and bushwalking tracks starting from your front door. And did we mention the scenery? Mountain high, valley low, it’s to die for. Take in Mount Solitary, The Ruined Castle, Three Sisters and the Jamieson Valley. Many artists call the Blue Mountains home, and their galleries are open for visits when you’re ready to take the views back home with you.
Hit the Spot
Above the clouds near Leura village.
Bedtime
Hibernate for as long as you like – and open the windows to those vistas.
Be Savvy
It's cliff-edge stuff: take a head for heights.
Be Smitten
A cloud seven mountain high.
Dress-circle views
You're perched
on the escarpment here with grandstand views of the mountains. Leura's famous shops are a short stroll away and walking trails both soft and strenuous start from the front door. Book a massage on your return to ease those tired muscles.
This is a luxurious home away from home where you can look after yourselves, or call on in-house catering if you don’t feel like cooking.
Bring your friends and make a party of it – there are four rooms so you can have the place to yourselves or share it with your pals. One thing's for sure though – you'll never tire of those awesome mountain views.
