The Starlight Roof restaurant has a huge curved glass roof and the light and airy feel of dining in an outdoor piazzetta. It serves lots of regional dishes and Tuscan specialities like ribollita (heart tuscan soup) and cacciucco alla livornese – a wonderful fish stew.
