CANCELLATIONS

All bookings made on the Room for Romance website are subject to the individual cancellation policy of your chosen hotel, and details are shown at the time of booking.

Once a booking has been made with Starfish, the online booking partners of Room for Romance, by entering your credit card details, you are subject to the cancellation policy of that hotel. Where deposits or pre-payments are taken, these will be refunded on cancellation, less a £20 GBP cancellation fee. Where deposits are taken by the hotel, these are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.

Cancellation policies specify a period before check-in when cancellations will be subject to payment of a penalty. This period does not include the day of arrival. Thus a 24-hour cancellation policy means that a booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours before midnight of the day before your arrival date.

Please note that cancellations must be made by using the booking link supplied at time of your confirmation, and followed with an email or telephone call direct to the hotel.
